A. dear mum , give variety of homefood 3 times a day to provide enough energy the consistency of food shd b like that of ghee add ghee , powdered nuts to food continue breastfeed

A. Weight gain food you should start giving Dal and rice water followed by fruits and vegetables of all kinds make sure to include varieties of dairy products in the diet of your child along with that you can give Paneer cheese and curd lots of water and food made out of ragi or Suji as well
