#asktheexperts pl suggest diet plan for my son who is 7.3 years old. currently his height is 117cm and weight is 19.5kg. for his better growth in terms of height and body. we re vegitarian family thanks and regards

Your child is quite behind in basic weight and height of your child so it’s better for you to 1st consult your doctor and then a nutritionist for a detailed diet plan which will help pay elevating the growth plus put your child into good physical sports like swimming or basketball
