#asktheexperts painfull mouth ulcers and gum swelling in 3 yrs old boy..fever subsided in two days.... doctor prescribed paracetamol and cefexime 50...but no relief in pain and ulcers (postule like )that spreaded from one to 4 within 4 days... please help

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 3 m old girl1 month agoA. Apply Dolo gel 3 to 4 times in the day in half an hour before you are giving any food to the child along with that start giving a B complex supplement to the child and give fennel seeds water through the day that will be a good option
