Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 9 m old boy2 weeks agoA. Hello! Exclusively breastfed babies sometimes do not pass stools even for a week. It is normal as long as the baby is not showing any discomfort symptoms and feeding well enough. Consult your doctor for further guidance in this matter.
