Q.

#asktheexperts Not able to produce enough breast milk in spite of adequate food, drinks and prescribed supplements: 1) Any suggestions on how to increase breast milk? 2) Is using manual breast pump to extract milk harmful for mother's health/breast in long run?

A. if post taking all supplements and suggested diet Still milk is not increasing then you can consult with your gynaecologist regarding this once for lactating tablets she will advise you accordingly. and breast pump won't affect milk supply , the more you feed baby the more milk will start forming as due to sucking sometimes milk ducts will opens and increase the supply
