Madam usually it has a standard size but if you are buying it online then if it has different sizes it would be available in the sizes mentioned into the description and accordingly you can buy you just have to pick up the size which is going to come completely cover the size of your nipples so accordingly you can purchase or you can make a physical visit to the store
