ExpertRicha SharmaNutritionist2 days agoA. Hello and good morning this is very common, so after every feeding session wash with warm water an clean up the area, if you have sore nipples always empty your breast and apply some breastmilk to the nipples itself for healing.

It happens with a lot of women in an early lactation time this is something which is very very common to be seen with Women because the breast get heavy milk accumulated and sometimes feeding can be painful but if you’re having a lot of problem you can consult a doctor
