A. dear Mum you can drink nariyal Pani anytime in the pregnancy there is no problem it is good source of hydration and minerals it is also important to have variety of other seasonal fruits and vegetables

A. Aap nariyal pani pregnancy ke first trimester ke baad yaani 3rd month se lena shuru kar sakti hain. Second trimester se daily ek glass nariyal pani peena safe aur healthy hota hai. Yeh body ko hydrate rakhta hai, digestion improve karta hai aur weakness door karta hai. Par kabhi bhi zyada na piyein, aur agar aapko sugar ya BP ka issue hai toh doctor se ek baar pooch lena achha rahega. #happypregnancy 💓

A. hi since beginning it can be taken no problem but prefer to take one glass of coconut water in a day, not more than this you may take Homemade soups, buttermilk, nimbupani, fresh fruits juice too
