#asktheexperts Namste Dr . Other than my 7 daughter ,I have a 2-year-old son. He is never still; he keeps doing something or the other all the time and is not able to focus. People say that he is hyperactive and that he will become calm with time, but I don’t understand what to do because he keeps troubling me the whole day. Please help me.

Yes it seems like your child is hyperactive but what you can do is to engage your child into some of the other physical activity or some of the other activity enjoyed by the child and by the age of 2.5 years you can even roll your child into the child’s channel energy would be channelised and your childhood also become better in terms of its hyperactivity
