Add a spoon of desi ghee or butter to khichdi, rice, or in vegitables and daal.
Serve full-fat yogurt (curd),
soaked almonds, cashew and walnuts properly mashed.
Bananas and sweet potatoes are easy-to-digest, calorie-dense carbohydrates.
In winters you can also make dry fruits and chana nariyal ladoos, health for baby and good option for weight gain.
SGGuardian of a 2 yr 5 m old boy3 days agoA. Add one teaspoon spoon desi ghee (clarified butter) either in sabji or khichdi pr rice etc..
Add banana in diet chart.
Roasted makhana kheer is also very good option for weight gain (roast makhana and dry fruits, chana, sabudaana makhe powder in mixer then store it and serve with milk or water).
In winter besan, nariyan and dry fruits ladoo is very good option..that works for me.. sooji kheer, vegitable khichdi, give atleast two proper meal and 1 snacks time(seasonal fruits, ladoo, roasted makhana, chana etc)t
add Cow milk..
if baby diet is very less give iron syrup as prescribed by doctor, it will increase hungr and increase hb level..
give him calcium daily so many options like in
