Q.

#asktheexperts My younger son is of 14months old and he is not gaining weight. we are feeding him all fruits and vegetables giving healthy food, but he does potty as soon as he completes his meal

A. to increase the weight of the child, give him homemade food. the child can be given rice dal, rice, wheat, fruits, vegetables and milk and recipes made from it. you can also put dry fruits and ghee and nuts and it's powder in the food, which will increase the weight of the child. take your children out to play because when there is good physical activity then only the child will have increased appetite. make child take fruit and its juice because it also increases natural appetite. also it is important to note that wait gain as well as the overall growth of the child depends dmajorly on the genetics that is how were the parents had growth when they were at the same age as the child.

A. hello if the child is active weight is not a problem just that make sure to give your child a well balance food in the diet which will help in the growth of the child and absolutely nothing to worry about and not a problem
