#asktheexperts My twin Nabha and Prutha frequently wake up at night for milk. We could not have sound sleep for so many months as we have to get them milk after approx 3 hrs at night. What should we do to get them uninterrupted continuous sleep at night.

A. You should start giving water instead of feed in the night and make sure that your kids are sufficiently full with proper dinner before they go to sleep because usually between the age of 18 months to 2 years it is expected that the child learns to sleep at a better stretch and through the night
