Q.

#asktheexperts My twin boys are now 8+ months old. their weights are 5.7 and 6.2 : birthwghts were 1.8 and 1.6 respectively.. they are iugr kids , 32 weeks , is this weight fine or should I increase solid food more in their diet.. they eat less only.. Recently they had diarrhoea lasting for 1.5 months when started solids

A. hi mom Don't be in a hurry give smaller meals which babies can digest mix vegetables dal khichdi with ghee soft parathas dipped in dals potatoes Bananas sweet potatoes

A. By 8 months, it's typical for your baby to be eating one to two meals a day. Whenever you introduce a new food, start with a very small amount (a teaspoon or two) to allow your baby to get used to a new flavor and texture.
