ExpertDr Mahesh PatilPaediatrician3 years agoA. Hello, your baby girl is 3 years old and if she doesn’t speak even monologues words like mamma and papa etc then see if she is having a tongue tie or consult with speech therapist

Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl3 years agoA. hi well , if a child is not able to utter single word ,not even babble then you must consult your pediatrician. yes , kids learn most of the things by imitating others. so take your child to the park or friends house and let him observe and play with other kids .
