Oh you should give a proper diet to the child including proper amount of fats proteins and carbs in the diet and change the entire meal plan that you’ve been giving till now to bring the Manhattan in the food that you were giving that definitely going to help a lot in breaking the Manhattan will help in better weight gain and growth
