#asktheexperts my son's sleep has been getting less in the last fortnight. Despite sufficient physical activity, a good nighttime routine, we still end up sleeping after 12.00am kindly suggest steps to follow

A. Then you should avoid giving daytime nap to the child because sometimes when kids sleep for two or three hours at a stretch during the daytime also it hampers the nighttime sleep so avoid giving daytime I think that it will be better for the child to sleep early in the night
