#asktheexperts my son's height is good but his weight is not increasing he looks very lean ..he eats well but kind of fuzzy eater

A. hi mom include proteins in each meals dals eggs chk paneer curds soya Tofu add nuts powder in milk made up of cashew almonds, dry dates paneer paratahs mix veg dal khichdi with ghee
