Neelam ChinnappaMom of 3 children3 years agoA. thank you for reaching out too US with this question please note that at 7 months you can give your baby to males and by now you would have already introduced rice and dal and you can now start to introduce period vegetables and fruits just make sure that the gap of at least 3 to 4 days between any two new ingredients
