ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist2 years agoA. dear parent, for healthy growth and development, give homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups. you should continue to breastfeed till 2 years. give foods like homemade cerelac, cereal pulse, kheer, khichdi, vegetable puree, dal rice. seasonal fruits curd, paneer add ghee to every meal.
