#asktheexperts my son is going to be 5 years next month…he is so active and playful boy. I am concerned about his height it’s 101. Also he is taking balance diet ( dal, ghee, nuts, fruits, veggies, milk) but still not growing in height as expected

A. dear parents. his height is less it must becaround 108 cm at this age. height is gentic. give him protien rich food n encourage for physical activities like skiping, cyckling, running,tadasan...
