#asktheexperts: my son is almost 12 months now. He has 6 teeth.. and I am still breastfeeding.. does breastfeeding cause any damage to baby teeth?? is it time to stop breastfeeding? He has started consuming solids.

ExpertDr. Garima VermaDentist2 years agoA. ideally it is said that breastfeeding has no harm to teeth. but anything that sticks to teth can cause cavities. brush or clean the teeth after feed. breast feeding is recommended till 2 years of age. rest it depends on the mothers comfort too
