#asktheexperts my son is a preterm child. 24 days old as on date with weight gain as per standard. We have recently moved from top feed for preterm low birth wt to pro nan 1. Hope thats the right step

Mam depending upon how premature your child is on that basis doctors recommended to switch to the regular milk from the pre-milk but right now if your child is gaining proper weight and able to digest the milk that you are giving them there is no problem in that case
