Uma RamMom of 2 children7 hours agoA. Hello good afternoon !! If the kid's growth is not up to age weight and height both then observe kid intake whether taking balanced diet or not
Include egg,dals,banana,ragi,nuts (almonds,walnuts,pista ,seseme seeds,pea nuts makhana) in regular meals.
Engage in physical activities cycling,swimming,hanging exercises for height growth.
Check with the doctor for Vitamin D test .
