#asktheexperts My son is 7m old and weighs 9.3kg ,72cm tall first 6 months his weight gain was good after starting solids his weight gain in hardly 300g per month or so is that okay? Everyone keeps telling that he looks lean and be needs to eat well what are the calorie dense food that i can give him?

A. hello yes it is normal when you start with the solid the gain will not be as before and if the child will be active than it is usually not a concern and give your child healthy and nutritious well balance food and this will help in the growth of the child
