#asktheexperts My son is 6 months and 8 days old. I have been exclusively breastfeeding him for the past 6 months and from 1 week he has started solid food along with breastfeed on demand. Can we start formula milk and reduce breastfeeding from now onwards ? If yes then which formula you would suggest and how many times it should be given ?

A. hi parent no mam as per my knowledge no need to give formula food any time please give easily digestible food please give breast milk please give daily massage with Babyhug coconut oil
