my son is 4.6 year old ...since 1 year he is facing stomach pain very few seconds..what could b the reason .

Recently I visited one pediatrics he said having lymph nodes in stomach but it's normal.

my sister got TB test positive not lungs TB and we are having contact with her.

my question is whether my son got affected with TB ..as having lymph node in stomach and neck also .Dr is saying lymph nodes are normal.

how could I ll know about my son whether he is affected with TB or not.

Stomach pain in children is a common complaint seen frequently. 
There could be many reasons for this .it can be functional or due to some pathology which needs to be ruled oute.
Common causes are constipation gaseous discomforct worm infestation gastritis gastroenteritis or some chronic infection .
Syp cyclopam 5 ml can be given sos for stomach pain and consult your doctor for proper examintation to rule out the cause .
