AbhayaMom of a 16 yr 4 m old boy1 week agoA. Hello mama if ur child is active and playful no need to worry about weight much.. Give all that u cook for ur family. include ghee, dry fruits, paneer, egg ,rice, potatoes, banana shake etc in diet for weight gain
