#asktheexperts my son is 3 years old and he is not eating the food properly. Even though we have given him his favourite food, his weight goes down day by day

A. Hello good evening !! Include high calorie,protein rich,good fat foods which help in weight gain. Dals(pulses,legumes) as sides for rice,roti or as kichdi , curd rice or curd ,paneer,ghee,butter cheese,banana,nuts powder in kheer ,cerelac porridges,egg in regular meals increase kids weight.
