#asktheexperts my son is 2yrs , he eats well bt sometimes while having food he tells his stomach is paining nd stops eating, if he is full he tells , bt sometimes complains of stomach pain , what might be the reason nd how to cure it

Nihita mittalMom of 4 children4 years agoA. good morning there could be a few things it is possible that the child is having problem of worms as a result of which the child start having pain in the stomach it is also possible that the baby is suffering from gastric or any other issue
