Shikha kumarMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hello mum according to a study and average height for 23 month old is 33.5 inches for girls and 34.2 inches for boys if it is the near about then there is nothing to get worried as it can fluctuate in the growing years depending upon the variation of the kids along with that it can take a boost in the growing years
