#asktheexperts my son is 21 days old and he is throwing a lot of milk out. We are burping him after every feed and keeping him elevated for 15-20 min after burp. But he is still throwing out . Even it is sometimes coming out of his nose. Please help

A. Hello mom is he on your feed or formula ? As it seems either the feed is excess or their is indigestion issue . If he is on your feed you may take care of your diet and prefer to have easy to digest foods which are mildly spiced and flavoured . If in case he is on formula milk make sure he is given feed only as much he can take comfortably and avoid to force feed much
