Q.

#asktheexperts my son is 2 yrs old. he doesnt sleep at a stretch even for 2 hrs, also at night. i have also tried not to let him sleep for more than an hour in the afternoon, but nothing worked. he doesnt have any problem, but this is bothering me as i am having severe acidity problem. please help.

A. as a mother if you are having any problem it is important to take help of other members of the family because many times sleeping pattern improves with time and no treatment is required but you can get the child examined by the doctor because sometimes due to nutritional deficiency also sleeping pattern may be disturbed
