#asktheexperts my son is 1yr 10month old, he's interested in eating only snacks but doesn't eat meals properly, eats in small portions, how to encourage him to take his meals in sufficient quantity?

A. hi dear Some examples of a good, healthy snack are a piece of cheese, a piece of fruit, a small idli, baked potato (aloo) tikki, a small vegetable cutlet or breadstick. Or perhaps your toddler likes raw vegetables, such as cucumber (kheera) sticks, carrot (gajar) batons or slices of tomato (tamatar).
