#asktheexperts my son is 12 year old. Very active and outdoor. As a vegetarian, how do I manage his Balanced diet ? he also is training for table tennis, what can I give for his strength and stamina ?

A. You should definitely take a diet from a nutritionist and they are going to tell you what diet is going to be good because your child is a player they should definitely have lots of proteins in the diet and being a vegetarian they will be able to give you a proper balance diet which would be good for your child
