#asktheexperts my son is 1 year old now, we have started cow milk. can I add sugar in it or else what is alternative. plz suggest

Completely your choice if you want to add sugar into the milk normally we don’t suggest you to add sugar or anything initially because milk has its own sweetness which is why nothing required to be added yet if you want you can add sugar it’s not a problem I said it’s completely your choice
