#asktheexperts my son is 1 year and 2 months now how much sugar we can give in one day or if we don't give any sweet dishes to baby is it ok

A. it will be good to avoid sugar as possible you can use dates syrup or jaggery as natural sweetener give sugar in moderate amount salt and sugar in moderate amount will be good for baby
