Rupinder KaurMom of 3 children3 years agoA. Hi mom, my daughter is 1 year and 8 months old . Her weights is 9.5 kg too. I was worried about it too but the doctor said that it was all right and nothing to worry about

Good Growth of the child is very important and for this most important is that child should take a healthy diet where its necessary to give a balance diet which should contain all the nutrition required. This is very important for building the immunity also. Encourage for green vegetables fruits dairy products all kinds of dal and other protein containing food items like soyabean eggs etc. Some nutritional deficiencies can be a cause for less appetite like iron deficiency which is most codmmon. Supplements like iron supplements and multievitamin with lysine like syp zincovit CL can be given for 1-2 months to increase the appetite. Diet counselling is also very important .

Yes it is because your child is about I think 2 1/2 KG is underweight as of now your child should have been somewhere approximately around 12 at this age of course it is quite less which is why I’m just going to advise you to please go to check with a nutritionist once regarding the sameWrite Your Answer Here
