ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. common cold, runny nose, are viral in origin n subside itself by 5 yo 7 days. warm Mahanarayan or sesame oil, or ghee with a pinch of rock or black salt, can be massaged onto the chest followed by a eucalyptus steam inhalation.
