#asktheexperts My son has pediatric asthma and has been taking inhaler for the same. But recently he has been telling a pain in the throat. Is it because of inhaler or some say the thyroid also will have the same symptoms. He is 7.5 years old. Please advise.

ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist7 months agoA. Thyroid will not cause any pain on the inside ,if there is a steroid that can cause throat ulcers and could be the reason for pain. Better get the child checked out
