#asktheexperts My son has chest congestion for which I am giving him Amoxicillin. It has been 3 days but he still coughs and it seems that there is still some congestion in his chest. So Amoxicillin For how many days should it be continued. I am also giving Livolin.2.5 ml 3 times livolin and Amoxicillin 2.5ml 2 times. weight 11kg .

Along with the medicines that you’re giving I personally feel nebulising really helps a lot in clearing the congestion from nose chest and throat of your child so that is something which is going to be good along with that massage the chest throat and back of your child with warm mustard oil and do hot compress also
