#asktheexperts My son doesn't want to drink milk ,is there any alternative foods that he can get the same nutrients or any tricks to make him drink milk .

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist2 years agoA. Hello mom you may add some flavours to the milk such as turmeric , or cardamom or jaggery. Dates or dry fruit mix etc . You can also opt for plant source milk .other milk products such as panner , curds would also help , milk in cooked form can be given as well such as kheer etc
