#asktheexperts my son constipates alot. He is 2 now ,also he is having enough fluids...but i don't know why is it happening to him...can u please help me know the reason behind it and suggest some solution...?

I would advise you to start giving prune juice to the child in the night time before your child goes to sleep that’s going to be jolly very helpful and also increase the amount of fibre intake in terms of fruit vitamin C rich fruits as well as green leafy vegetables
