ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist1 month agoA. Namaste Mom Make sure at times give massages to them and also exposure to morning sunlight would be helpful and is essential . include foods such as eggs , ragi, soya , dals , lobia, chana , green leafy vegetables ,nuts and seeds
