#asktheexperts my son avoids sleeping all the time. even if he is very very sleepy he would run away from the bed. if I force him to sleep he cries a lot and eventually goes to sleep after crying. what could be the reason? what is the solution for a peaceful sleep?

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 6 m old girl1 month agoA. Don’t make your child sleep during the day and keep your child awake if the child is so much interested in staying awake because with which your child is eventually going to get tired on its own in the night and sleep better automatically
