it happens because of Main three things
1.reaction to fabric , food or cosmetics
2.heat or sweating
3.infection
so please check all these
choose Cotton clothes for your child
avoid introducing new food for now
skip suspected cosmetics
keep your child in well vantileted room
apply baby soothing Calamine lotion on this
