Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 12 yr 7 m old boy4 hours agoA. Hello! Children at this age tend to be physically active and put a lot of strain on their leg muscles. This can cause growing pains, which is a very common finding and small kids. Try to give calcium rich diet and ensure proper rest.
