ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. no it's not deficiency, hair fall is quite common after delivery..due to sudden fall of certain hormones causes Telogen effluvium causing hair fall. eating healthy and right is very important after pregnancy. It helps keep your hair healthy too. continue calcium tables
