If Completely then you can go ahead with work out also but before that you consult your doctor also I’d like to tell you the same thing that yes dieting is a good idea but only once you quit breastfeeding because if you are continuously breastfeeding and you do diet it is going to affect your breast feeding also so once you quit breastfeeding almost after the age of 12 months then you can go ahead with intermittent fasting along with exercising
