Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl3 years agoA. hi it happens because of hormonal changes. but if there is heavy bleeding , severe cramps ,if you feel exhausted, frequent mood swings etc then please visit your gynecologist for once. take Healthy and nutritious diet. keep your self well hydrated. take enough sleep.
