#asktheexperts My one year baby girl is not eating any solid food , she is having only breastfeed .. also she has stomach infections since 7-8 days …she is on medication right now ..!! Also her weight is not increasing..!! Any advice for weight gain ? Or solid food ?

ExpertDr.Deepinder Kaur DhawanObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. child should double it's birth weight by completion of Six month and triples by one year. don't force if baby not well. can be due to teething .

I think it’s probably because of the infection only that your child is not liking to eat well so you should go ahead with more of liquid as of now sup juices fruits and along with that butter milk coconut water you can give all these things to the child along with that I would you say stop breastfeeding it’s not good nowWrite Your Answer Here
